The epoxy resin pipe is used to coat the preheated pipe ---- after coating, put it into the curing box to cure (when the temperature reaches 200 degrees, keep it for 15 minutes) and the finished product; after spraying, the heating equipment is preheated to 180 The sprayed substrate is cured.
Epoxy Tube is made of electrician alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, and processed by baking and hot pressing in a forming mold. The cross-section is round. The glass cloth rod has high mechanical properties. Dielectric properties and good machinability. It is suitable for insulating structural parts in electrical equipment, and can be used in wet environmental conditions and transformer oil.
Before using epoxy resin pipes, you must understand the following matters:
1. Hacksaw, file, wire reel, pipe wrench and other tools must be used for resin pipe connection.
2. The connection method and the form of pipe fittings are basically the same as those of traditional galvanized pipes. Generally, pipes with a diameter of DN15-100 adopt this connection method.
3. The connection between the pipe and the pipe fitting must be wrapped with a raw material tape to ensure that the entire resin pipe is protected.
4. When cutting, high temperature cutting methods such as high-speed grinding wheel cutting machine and gas cutting are not allowed. When cutting with a wire, it can only be cut to 1/2 of the wall thickness of the steel pipe, and then the pipe is cut off with a hand saw. This method is generally not allowed, and a handsaw should be used to cut off. After cutting, use tools such as a half-circle file to remove internal and external burrs.
5. It is not possible to bend pipes by heating method. The cold bending method shall be used for dome pipes, and the bending radius shall not be less than 6 times the pipe diameter.
6. Various standard pipe fittings should be used for connection.
7. The surface of the wire interface should be cleaned.
8. The resin tube shall not be exposed to sunlight, stained or damaged during transportation.
9. It should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature not higher than 35 degrees, away from heat sources, and the storage period is 1 year from the production date.
When the epoxy resin tube is sprayed, the epoxy resin powder has not been completely fused to the inner and outer walls of the substrate. After 30 minutes of preheating and curing, the curing agent in the epoxy resin is completely cured, so that the coating on the inner and outer walls adheres. The focus is stronger, and the characteristics of thermosetting powder are fully displayed.
