1. The pillar insulators all meet the requirements of GB8287.1 "Technical Requirements for High Voltage Porcelain Porcelain Insulators" and GB12744, "Pollution Resistant Outdoor Rod Porcelain Porcelain Insulators", and also comply with the international standard IEC168 "System users with a nominal voltage higher than 1000 volts" Tests of Porcelain or Glass Post Insulators for Inner and Outdoors" and IEC Publication 815 "Guidelines for the Selection of Insulators in Dirty Conditions".
2. The insulator has high mechanical strength, small dispersion and safe and reliable operation.
3. The insulator has good low temperature mechanical properties.
In order to test the low temperature mechanical properties of the product, the ZSW1-110/4 type insulator was subjected to a freezing test in the low temperature laboratory of the Water Research Institute of Songliao Water Conservancy Commission to simulate the change of outdoor winter temperature. After several temperature cycles, the test crystals were subjected to a bending failure test at low temperature. The test results show that the flexural failure strength of the insulator at -40℃ has no obvious change compared with room temperature.
4. Excellent stain resistance.
The pollution resistance of the insulator mainly depends on the structure of the product and the shape of the shed. A lot of work has been done in this regard. Through design optimization, artificial pollution test optimization and natural pollution test optimization, the insulator shed with alternating large and small umbrellas and ribbed under the umbrella is finally determined. The insulator developed with this shed has a rated voltage of 126kV and 252kV, the bending failure load is not less than 12kV, and the creepage distance is 25mm/kV. Under the equivalent salt density of 0.12mg/cm2, it can withstand the highest operating phase voltage for a long time, that is, The creepage distance of the insulator class III can withstand the salt-dense pollution of class IV equivalent. An insulator with a rated voltage of 550kV and a creepage ratio of 25mm/kV can run for a long time under the equivalent salt density of 0.06mg/cm2. The pollution resistance level of the insulator is leading in China, and its resistance to equivalent salt density is one-third higher than that of similar products with the same creepage distance and equal diameter shed. The artificial pollution withstand voltage test of the insulation by the Northeast Electric Power Research Institute shows that the insulator with a creepage ratio of 31mm/kV can withstand a maximum salt density of 0.25mg/cm2.
5. High earthquake resistance level.
Insulators with rated voltages of 252kV and 550kV have undergone an earthquake resistance test with an intensity of 9 at the Beijing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, and the results were intact.
6. Low radio interference.
The insulator with a rated voltage of 550kV will generate no more than 500μV of radio interference at 1.1 times the highest operating phase voltage. There is no visible corona on sunny days and nights, and the visible corona voltage is as high as 450kV.
