3. The connection between the hardware and the mandrel adopts a non-damaged mechanical crimping connection, which is the most advanced connection method in the world today. The advantages are: the connection is safe and reliable, the crimping stress is evenly distributed, the integrity of the glass fiber bundle of the mandrel is not damaged, and the excellent characteristics of high tensile strength can be fully exerted.
4. The grading ring can improve the electric field distribution, reduce corona and radio interference, and protect the umbrella skirt from being burned out in the event of a strong arc. The effect is more significant for composite insulators with high voltage levels.

The Composite insulator is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight (1/7 to 1/10 of the same level of porcelain insulator strings), has good elasticity, and does not require regular cleaning. Therefore, it not only brings great convenience to transportation and installation, but also greatly reduces the amount of maintenance and saves a lot of maintenance costs, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and provides good conditions for accident maintenance and the implementation of compact lines.
6. Composite insulators are produced by integral injection molding production process.
